WHY PETER IS SO PASSIONATE ABOUT GENUINE CERTIFIED ORGANIC

An Industrial accident about 43 years ago resulted in my lung capacity collapsing to dangerously low levels. Medical prognosis at the time gave me 3 months - 2 years of life. I wanted to live.
People stating their crops were organic, was purchased by me weekly to restore health. One winter's morning I visited the farm to purchase fresh produce. Before my arrival they sprayed with a copper-based chemical. On arrival I walked around barefoot to feel the dewy grass freshness. Within a week my vital organs were in trouble and I was hospitalised. However despite the best efforts of staff I was deteriorating. Signing hospital release paperwork, I told someone to "Take me to the Mapleton Naturopath now", which I had heard good reports about. By the time I arrived systemic shock had advanced. The naturopath, Simon Schot, clearly identified the problem and gave me naturopathic medicine to counteract the poisoning. Some time later during recovery Simon challenged me with an invitation to undertake extensive training in Western Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy. Simon owned and lectured in a Natural Therapy training college established in Queensland.
An important component of naturopathy 40 years ago involved practical knowledge of vitochemicals. Vitochemicals meant life-flow, in other words, organic food bringing life. All those years ago I was deceived by a farmer giving verbal assurance of organic crops.
Proper certified organic foods from registered certified organic businesses can be relied on for authenticity. Because of my near death experience I have no tolerance of persons verbalising the word organic. You can trust registered certified organic businesses as these businesses are audited to confirm certified organic products.
